Whats included:
Consultation - Property visit, establish goals and gather further information about your property and personal situation
Take photos of the property - at additional cost
Write a detailed description about the house, location and what's available around the neighborhood.
Combine all information, photos, details about the property and facilities, and create an attractive listing that is rich in content and paints a beautiful picture to your future guests so that they get an idea of the area and home they will be staying in.

€ 245 +IVA Once off set up fee of

We will register your property for AL, create your Airbnb account profile and manage your Airbnb. This package we will make the application for your property, submit the required documentation and prepare the safety equipment and house in order to be compliant and listed on Airbnb Portugal.
Gather property documentation, complete application and submit to the Town Hall on your behalf, arrange and purchase safety equipment (on your expense), order and collect your complaints book, write a guest book in 4 languages and supervise the inspection (when scheduled) after application. Please note this package does not include any of the fees associated with this process from the municipality or purchasing any of the safety gear or items needed to be AL compliant. If amendments are required after the inspection related to changes on the property itself (not the standard application process), we will offer our full support and assistance if you require it, but this is not included in the fee and our hourly rate will apply (to understand more please contact us directly).
